Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Palmr for using Palmr Combat. Please read it: by subscribing or using the app, you agree to it.

Version 2026-10-08 · Last updated: October 8, 2026

The short version

1. Who we are and what this covers

Palmr Combat is operated by Everbot Inc., doing business as Palmr (“Palmr”, “we”, “us”). These Terms cover the Palmr Combat iOS app, the membership pages at palmr.ai, and the class recordings we deliver (together, the “Service”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these Terms.

You accept these Terms by ticking the box before you pay (on the membership page or at checkout) or by tapping to accept in the app. We keep a record of when you accepted and which version. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Membership, billing and cancellation

4. Class recordings and your consent

Participating gyms record classes so members can review their training. By using the Service and attending recorded classes at a participating gym, you understand and agree that:

5. Kids' classes and minors

Classes for children and families are not available in Palmr Combat and can't be selected or downloaded in the app. If a minor appears in footage of an adult class, the same rules apply: personal use only, and no public posting.

6. How you may use recordings

7. Your gym's role

Your gym runs your classes, instruction and facility, and is responsible for training safety. Gyms that use Palmr agree to tell members that classes are recorded, for example with signage. Palmr provides the recording and app technology. We are not your gym and don't supervise classes.

8. Health and safety

Martial arts and fitness training carry a real risk of injury. Recordings and any coaching content are for information only and are not medical advice. Train within your limits and follow your instructors. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training program.

9. Our content and the app

The app, its software, design and the Palmr name and marks belong to Palmr. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and recordings under these Terms. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to the iOS app. Apple is not responsible for the Service.

10. Changes, availability and ending the Service

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Palmr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Some laws, including consumer protection laws where you live, don't allow these exclusions or limits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under those laws, or our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that can't legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

If you misuse recordings or break these Terms and a third party brings a claim against Palmr as a result, you agree to cover Palmr's reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live. Please email us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, either of us may bring it in small claims court, or otherwise in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction where you live or in Delaware.
